摘要
分析了近红外光谱技术的发展进程，着重介绍了近几年近红外光谱分析技术在农产品品质分析、加工生产过程中的在线质量控制以及与神经网络结合，采用模式分类原理进行物质鉴别等方面的应用，并分析了该技术的发展趋势及应用前景．
The developing course of the near infrared spectroscopy is analysed.The recent applications of NIR technique in quantitative analyses,on line quality control in manufacturing process and pattern recognition combining with ANN for argicultural products are emphasized.The tendency and prospect of NIR technique is presented.
