连续5年临床分离弗劳地枸橼酸杆菌的耐药变迁 被引量:6

CHANGES OF DRUG RESISTANCE OF CITROBACTER FREUNDII ISOLATED DURING PAST 5 YEARS

摘要 [目的]了解近5年来某院临床分离弗劳地枸橼酸杆菌的耐药变迁。[方法]采用纸片扩散法进行药敏试验,根据美国临床实验室标准化研究所(CLSI)文件的标准判断结果;采用WHONET-5软件对耐药性数据进行分析。[结果]2003~2007年该院收集弗劳地枸橼酸杆菌181株,来自呼吸道标本、分泌物及脓液、血液者分别占55.8%、19.3%%、12.2%。弗劳地枸橼酸杆菌多重耐药严重,临床常用抗菌药物的耐药性呈逐年上升趋势。[结论]加强弗劳地枸橼酸杆菌细菌耐药监测,了解其耐药变迁,指导临床合理用药,防止耐药菌株的传播。 [Objective] To investigate the changes of drug resistance of Citrobacter freundii isolated in a hospital during the past 5 years. [Methods] Disk diffusion test was used to study the antimicrobial resistance. The results were evaluated based on Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute. WHONET 5 was applied for analysis. [Results] Most of 181 strains of Citrobacter freundii were collected from respiratory secretion specimen ( 55.8% ) , secretions and abscesses ( 19.3% ) and blood (12.2%) during the past 5 years. Susceptibility test showed that Citrobacter freundii was multiple resistant. In recent 5 years, the drug resistance of Citrobacter freundii increased. [Conclusion] Monitoring of the drug resistance to Citrobacter freundii should be strengthened. The change of the drug resistance should be investigated in order to direct rational drug usage in the clinic and prevent drug resistance strain from being transmitted.
