The paper describes that Benxi Iron ＆ Steel Company produced the cold rolled non-oriented silicon steel from BOF to RH, to FTSR. The meassures and the effects of controlling the main compositions such as carbon, sulphur,nitrogen and acid-soluble aluminium are also set forth.
