摘要
以美国9个秋眠性标准对照品种为对照,按美国Barnes(1991)方法对中国23个苜蓿国家审定品种进行了秋眠性评定,并统计了中国苜蓿秋眠性与等位酶LAP、PER和FEST的等位基因频率及7个形态特征的遗传相关系数,分析证明中国苜蓿国家审定品种中大部分为秋眠性品种,其秋眠等级为1~3,个别为极秋眠性品种,只有新疆大叶苜蓿为半秋眠品种,其秋眠等级为4~5。同时,还分析讨论了中国苜蓿秋眠性的遗传来源。
The fall dormancy levels of 23 Chinese official alfalfa Cultivars were evaluated using 9 USA standard dormancy cultivars as checks. The genetic correlation coefficients between fall dormancy and morphological characters with biochemical markers were culculated. The levels of fall dormancy were exhibited that most Chinese cultivars were mainly for 1~3 grades. Only Daye alfalfa cultiver from the south of Xinjiang was semi dormancy, whose level of dormancy was 4~5 grades. The genetic materials of non-dormancy and very non-dormancy were not found in Chinese cultivars.
