摘要
以亚当斯的"公平理论"为依据,分析了当前高校公平管理中遭遇的问题及其原因和不良影响,探讨了公平理论对高校管理的意义和启示,提出高校公平管理应领导重视,健全制度,提高认识,科学评估。
Based on Adams' equality theory, the paper first analyzes the problems arising in the present management of fairness in colleges and universities, as well as relevant causes and unfavorable effects. What's more, the author explores the influence of equality theory on college and university management, and at last proposes that priority be given by leadership, system improved, understanding deepened, and assessment conducted scientifically.
