摘要
为建立预测抽油杆杆管偏磨位置的数学模型,通过量纲分析法及现场数据回归得出柱塞下行阻力的表达式,并与实验值进行了比较。结果表明,现场测试值与计算值总体趋势相同,柱塞的下行阻力都随流量的增加而增大,现场测试值与公式计算值基本相符。该方法为解决抽油杆杆管偏磨提供了理论依据,对油田生产具有一定指导意义。
In order to set up a mathematical model of predicting the location of eccentrically worn sucker rod, an expression of the downgoing resistance of pump plunger is derived through dimensional analysis and field data regression. The comparison between measured and calculated values generally shows the same trend and the downgoing resistance of plunger increases with flow rate in both cases. This study provides theoretical basis for solving eccentrically worn sucker rod string and tubing and may guide field production.
