摘要
目的:评价微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压性脑出血的疗效。方法:应用YL-1型一次性颅内血肿穿刺针进行射流液化技术治疗高血压脑出血80例。结果:本组良好51例,不良23例,死亡6例,病死率为7.5%。其中3例死于再出血,1例死于肾功能衰竭,2例死于肺部感染。结论:微创法治疗高血压脑出血,手术简单易行,创伤小,恢复快,疗效显著,易于推广。
Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods：Applied one-time YL-1 type of intracranial hematoma puncture needle jet liquefaction technology for the treatment of 80 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Results ： 51 cases of Good in this group ,23 cases of non-performing, six cases of death, mortality was 7.5%. three cases died of re-bleeding,one patient died of renal failure,2 patients died of pulmonary infection. Conclusions： Minimally invasive treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, surgery is simple, trauma, quick recovery, a significant effect, easy to promote.
