摘要
花生摘果及清选装置是花生联合收获机的重要工作部件,直接影响联合收获机的工作性能。为此,介绍了4HQL-2型花生联合收获机摘果及清选部件的工作原理、结构设计和技术参数。经过田间性能试验,其结果证明该装置可完成联合作业的摘果、清选、输送、升运和集果,具有工作效率高和可靠性好等特点。
Stipping and cleaning system is one of the most import working department of peanut combine, the quanlity of this system will affect the combine＇ s working performance. This papper detailed the structural design, operational principie, technical parameters of the stripping and cleaning syster of 4HQL -2 type full -feed peanut combine. After the field perormance test, the resulys prove that the system can achieve the picking, cleaning, transportation and collection, the working efficiency was high and the working was reliable.
