摘要
聚硅酸铝铁是一种新型无机高分子絮凝剂,因其高效的混凝性能,使用条件宽,药剂用量小,残留浓度低而受广泛关注。通过调节Na2SiO3.9H2O、AlCl3.6H2O、Fe(SO4)2.7H2O的量来测定不同条件对PSAF混凝能力的影响,实验结果表明最佳条件为:室温、SiO2为2.0%、(Al+Fe)/Si为3∶1、Al/Fe为1∶1。用此条件下合成的PSAF处理印染废水,色度、CODcr、浊度的去除率分别98.8%,81.5%,98.3%,对太湖水的藻类去除率为92%,PASF的絮凝效果明显好于市售聚合氯化铝。
The novel inorganic ion -flocculant polysilcate aluminum ferric (PSAF) ilocculants is prepared from sodium silicate, ferrous sulfate and aluminum chloride. Optimum reaction conditions are investigated and found that the polymerization temperature is room temperature, the concertration of SiO2% is 2.0, the optimum molar ratio of (Al + Fe) to Si and Fe to A1 is 3 and 1, respectively. The application of PSAF in the process of dying waste water treatment was studied experimentally. As the results that PSAF has the advantages of better flocculation effect and cheaper price comparing with other inorganic polymer flocculants.
