摘要
从传热学机理出发,首先在理论上研究了路面结构材料各参数对于沥青路面结构温度的影响,并探讨了阻热型结构层对路面结构温度场的作用。然后对热阻材料需满足的性能进行了分析,并初步选择了数种性能合理的热阻材料。通过室内的热辐射系统模拟了外界太阳能的辐射,并对不同热阻材料组成的结构进行了辐射试验,以研究其结构导热特性。最后对热阻粘封层的经济性进行了对比分析。试验结果表明,在一定时间的高温作用下,功能、厚度适宜的热阻结构层可以改善路面结构温度场,降低中下面层沥青混合料的工作温度,从而提高沥青路面的高温稳定性。
Based on the heat transfer mechanism, first, the impact of parameters of pavement material and thermal resistance structure on temperature of pavement structure was researched, and the effect of thermal resistance layer on temperature field of pavement structure was discussed. Then, the performance requirement of the thermal resistance material was analyzed and several types of material with reasonable performance of thermal resistance were chosen. Through simulating the radiation of solar energy by using the radiating system, the radiation test to the structures with different thermal resistance materials were made to research their thermal conductivity characteristics. At last, the contrast analysis on the economy of structures with function of thermal. resistance was made. The test results show that the structure layer with reasonable function and thickness can improve the temperature field of pavement and consequently reduce the cumulate quantity of heat for middle and lower layers of pavement when it is under the effect of high temperature for a certain time to improve the high temperature stability of asphalt pavement.
