摘要
甘南藏羊与滩羊脂肪酸含量分析,不饱和脂肪酸含量甘南藏羊高于滩羊(P<0.05),饱和脂肪酸低,为评价甘南藏羊肉用品质提供了理论依据。
Analysis of Gansu Tibetan sheep and Tan sheep of fatty acids, Gannan Tibetan sheep unsatuntted fatty acids were higher than Tan sheep( P 〈 0.05) ,low satarated fatty acids, in order to evaluate the quality of Gannan Tibetan lawb used to provide a theoretical basis.
