摘要
目的探讨心肾衰竭合适的治疗方案。方法回顾性分析2003年1月至2006年10月本院收治的45例心肾衰竭患者的临床资料。结果采用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、利尿剂、β－受体阻滞剂，纠正贫血，以及采取个体化治疗，本组45例中25例患者心肾功能都得以改善。结论早期诊断加上正确的治疗，能改善心肾衰竭患者的预后。治疗要保持患者体液平衡，方案要个体化。
Objective To investigate the treatment of cardio - renal failure. Methods These clinical data of 45 cases were retrospective analyzed, and effective treatments were discussed. Results 25 patients were clinically improved by using ACEI, diuretic,β receptor blocker, retrieve anemia and individualized treatment. Conclusions Early diagnosis and proper treatment will improve the cardio - renal failure patients prognosis. The maintainanee of body fluid equilibrium and application of individual treatment are of importance in treatment.
