摘要
谐振接地系统中,消弧线圈的残流稳定时间是一个很重要的概念,消弧线圈尽可能快地实现对系统电容电流的补偿,迅速将接地电流降低到残流允许值范围内,对于快速熄灭电弧,抑制单相接地故障的危害,特别是对人身和设备的安全有着非常重要的意义。为此对影响消弧线圈残流稳定时间的各种因素进行详细分析,指出残流稳定时间是受系统参数影响,且与接地随机参数有关,主要取决于暂态励磁电流的衰减速度快慢。同时还澄清了现有一些对消弧线圈补偿速度的错误观点。
In the resonant grounding distribution networks, instant arcs would be self-extinguished when there is an earth fault, which improves the reliability of power supply and the security of equipment and persons. In resonance grounding system, the decay time for residual current is a very important parameter for the personal safety and the equipment safety. In this paper, the factors affecting the decay time of residual current were analyzed in detail. Results indicate the decay time is influenced by system parameters and related with the earthing random parameters, which mainly depends on the decaying speed of transient current. This paper clarifies the false viewpoints about the respond time also.
