摘要
目的探讨Glasgow评分对不同类疾病昏迷患者预后估计的适用性。方法结合Glasgow评分,对我院内科收治的30例危重昏迷患者的预后进行总结性分析。结果30例患者的Glasgow评分相接近,均为3～5分,但不同类疾病的预后存在着高度显著性差异。结论昏迷患者的预后因病种而异,Glasgow评分对脑血管病的预后估计较其他内科疾病更为可靠。
Objective To explore the applicability of Glasgow grade for comatose patients due to different diseases. Methods Based on Glasgow scores, the prognosis of 30 severe comatose patients were analyzed. Results Their Glasgow scores were from 3 to 5, but the prognosis of different diseases were significant different. Conclusion There are different prognosis of comatose patients with different diseases, Glasgow grade is more credible for evaluating the prognosis of cerebrovascular disease than others.
