摘要
党章与党的先进性关系极为密切:党章规定了党的先进性的基本内涵,党章及其建设体现了党的先进性和先进性特征,党章是党的先进性的根本性法规保障。学习党章、遵守党章、贯彻党章、维护党章的过程,既是党章建设过程,也是深刻体会党的先进性及其重要性、实践和发展党的先进性、维护党的先进性和规范党的先进性建设的过程。
The Party constitution is closely related with the advanced character of the Party. The former stipulates the basic contents of the latter. The former and its construction reflect the latter and its traits. The former is the most fundamental legal regulation guarantee of the latter. So the process of learning, obeying, implementing and defending the Party constitution is one of the Party constitution construction as well as one of profoundly realizing the Party＇s advanced characters and its importance, carrying out and developing the Party＇s advanced character, defending these advanced characters and regulating their construction.
