中空玻璃多场耦合传热过程数值模拟 被引量:6

Numerical simulation of heat transfer to insulating glass in multiple coupled fields

摘要 根据计算流体力学与传热学理论,建立中空玻璃多场(导热、自然对流和辐射)耦合传热过程的物理模型和数学模型,对中空玻璃内空气的流动特性进行数值模拟,分别比较导热、自然对流和辐射及其耦合传热过程对中空玻璃传热系数的影响.结果表明,考虑中空玻璃内腔导热、自然对流、辐射及耦合换热条件,与仅考虑其导热过程相比,中空玻璃内腔空气辐射对传热系数影响最大,对流影响次之. According to computational fluid dynamics and heat transfer theory,the mathematics and physical model of heat transfer of insulating glass in multiple coupled fields(heat conduction、natural convection and radiation)were established.Though CFD simulation,the air flow characteristics of hollow glass was simulated.Considering three different cases of heat transfer process,the impaction on the heat transfer coefficient of hollow glass with heat conduction,natural convection,radiation and coupling heat transfer were compared.The results show that compared to only considering heat conduction traditionally,the radiation of air in insulating glass has more impaction on its heat transfer coefficient in considering insulating glass intracavity radiation and natural convection.
