摘要
KYPJ破乳净水一体化处理剂为TA型、AE型、SP型聚醚破乳剂与丙烯酸的反应产物,其中KYPJ-1是针对冀东油田G104-5区块G17站含聚采出液研制的处理剂。室内实验研究结果表明,G17站高含水(85%-90%)含聚(11-14 mg/L)采出液在55℃静置30分钟后分离出的污水,在外加聚合物量为70-100 mg/L和〉250 mg/L两个区间,其含油量很高;按200 mg/L的量加入KYPJ-1后,外加聚合物量在前一区间时,分离出的污水含油量大幅下降;除KYPJ-1外再按20-30 mg/L的量加入絮凝剂,则外加聚合物量在后一区间的采出液分离出的污水含油量降至500 mg/L以下,KYPJ-1的最宜加量为200-250 mg/L。在日处理液量约1.2×10^4m^3的G17站,在含聚14.1 mg/L的采出液中按50 mg/L的量连续加入KYPJ-1,分离出的污水含油量由以前的1600 mg/L降至约300 mg/L,在6个月内维持在500 mg/L以下。
Demulsifying/deoiling agent of KYPJ type is a reaction product of TA,AE,and SP type polyether demulsifiers with acrylic acid and,in praticular,KYPJ-1 is developed for polymer containing produced fluid,that is water/oil mixture,at oil-gathering station G17 in block G104-5,Jidong.The laboratory results showed that for the high watercut,85~90%,polymer containing(11-14 mg/L) produced fluid after standing at 55℃ in 30 min,the oil content(OC)in the separated brine was very high when 70-100 mg and 〉250 mg polymer per liter produced fluid were introduced additionally;the OC in the separated brine in the case of 70-100 mg/L polymer introduction was significanlty reduced when KYPJ-1 was applied at a dosage of 200 mg/L;the OC in the separated brine in the case of 〉250 mg/L polymer introduction was reduced to 〈500 mg/L when 200 mg KYPJ-1 together with 20-30 mg floccutant per liter added;the optimal dosage of KYPJ-1 was in range 200-250 mg/L.At oil-gathering station G17 of daily produced fluid output 12000 m3,KYPJ-1 was continuously introduced into the produced fluid containing 14.1 mg polymer per liter,the OC in the separated brine was lowered from 1600 mg/L to about 300 mg/L and kept at a level of 〈500 mg/L in 6 months.
