摘要
由十六烷醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、丙烯酸合成了疏水单体HM并用IR数据表征该单体的化学结构。以共聚物的特性黏数为评价指标,考察了丙烯酰胺、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、疏水单体的自由基乳液共聚合条件。取反应液中单体质量分数为20%,引发剂用量0.5%,三种单体的摩尔比为79.55∶20∶0.45,在50℃反应8小时,制得了疏水缔合阳离子聚合物HP-DA,用此聚合物处理SZ36-1海上油田产出的两个污水样,加量为5、10、15 mg/L时使污水含油量由1105 mg/L分别降至153、98、89 mg/L,由457 mg/L分别降至46、21、22 mg/L,加入HP-DA后仅1分钟,污水含油量即由457 mg/L降至20 mg/L左右。HP-DA的除油率和除油速率均高于两种对比商品阳离子聚丙烯酰胺。
A hydrophobic monomer,HM,was synthesized from cetyl alcohol,toluenediisocyanate,and acrylic acid and its chemical structure was identified by IR spectrometry.Using copolymer characteristic viscosity as crioterion the parameters of radical emulsion copolymerization of acrylamide,dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride,and the hydrophobe were investigated.A hydrophobically associating cationic polymer,notated as HP-DA,was prepared from these three monomers of molar ratio 79.55∶20∶0.45 in the reaction mixture with total monomer fraction 20% and 0.5% initiator added at 50℃ in 8 hrs.In treating recycled produced water samples of offshore oilfield SZ36-1 with HP-DA,the oil content was decreased from 1105 to 153,98,and 89 mg/L and from 457 to 46,21,and 22 mg/L at HP-DA dosage of 5,10,and 15 mg/L,respectively,while the reaction time needed for oil content decreased from 457 to 20 mg/L was as short as 1 minute.The deoiling rate and the speedness of deoiling of HP-DA were higher than that of two commercial cationic polyacrylamide flocculants.
