摘要
采用不同喷丸工艺对TC4-DT钛合金试样进行喷丸强化。使用X射线衍射仪分析了表层压应力场特征,研究了150℃和300℃保温过程中的残余应力热松弛规律。结果表明,喷丸后材料表面形成一定深度的残余压应力场,材料表面粗糙度增加。在时效过程中温度和保温时间对残余应力松弛的影响由热激活过程控制,应用Zener-Wert-Avrami公式分析了热松弛过程。
Shot peening treatment was used to treat TC4-DT titanium alloy surface under different shot peening conditions.The surface residual stress field of the allay was determined by X-ray diffraction method,and thermal relaxation behavior of residual stress of the alloy aged at 150,300 ℃ was studied.The results show that,the compressive residual stress exists near surface of the shot peening alloy,and the surface roughness of the alloy is increased.The residual stress relaxation behavior of the alloy is controlled by the aging temperature and time,which can be explained by Zener-Wert-Avrami function.
