Demand Factor,Technology Innovation and the Industrial Structural Innovation

摘要从需求因素视角入手来探析全球化背景下技术创新能力的形成机制,是认清一国产业结构演变状况的重点所在。本文构建了一个在封闭条件下内含需求因素的产业结构演变模型,分析在需求约束条件下一国的技术创新和产业结构演变路径,并对其进行数值模拟,得出了一系列与从供给角度出发所不同的结论。接下来,对开放条件下后发国家如何实现其技术创新和产业结构升级进行了理论与实证分析,结果表明,后发国家内部高层次的需求空间和政府对于技术创新的鼓励政策对于其产业结构升级有着十分重要的影响。最后指出了本文对我国现实的指导意义。 The paper believes that in the globalization,it is significant to research the technology innovation from the perspective of demand in order to reveal the industrial structural evolution. So ,we set up an industrial structure evolution model including demand factor in closed conditions ,which analyzes technology innovation and the paths of industrial structure evolution and numerical simulation,finding some conclusions which is different from the supply view. Next,the paper analyzes the situations of opening up,the results show the importance of the domestic demand levels and government policy about the industrial structure upgrade. Last,we point out the meaning to China.
