相变材料在皮革中的应用及其热性能的研究 被引量:6

摘要 本文把一种相变材料应用到皮革中,达到调温以提高皮革服用性能的目的。主要研究了相变材料的热性能、加入到皮革中合适的量以及相变皮革热性能。研究结果表明,该种相变材料焓变达85.09J/g,相变温度在人体舒适范围内。4%左右的相变材料用涂刷法加入到皮革中的效果最好。在环境温度过高时,相变皮革比空白低2~3℃,起到凉爽作用,持续时间能达到0.5h左右。在降温时,环境温度过低,相变皮革能比空白高2~3℃,起到保暖作用,作用时间能达到0.5h左右。 A kind of phase change material(PCM) was applicated in leather in order to control the temperature and improve the dressing ability. Thermal properties of PCM and phase change leather were studied and the suitable addition amount of PCM into the leather was also found. The results showed the enthalpy of phase change material was 85.09 J/g and the phase change temperature was in the range of the human comfortable temperature. The best effect could be obtained when 4% of PCM was applied on the leather by brushing . The phase change leather is 2- 3 ℃ lower or higher than the normal leather, thus the temperature can be kept cool or warm for 0. 5 hour in the cold or hot environments.
