摘要
目的总结颞骨多层螺旋CT多平面重建(MPR)的一般步骤,探讨MPR标准化重建原则。方法对30耳颞骨CT扫描资料作回顾性重建,根据颞骨内部9个主要解剖结构选取10个平面作双斜位MPR,统计各部位MPR显示情况,并归纳各部位重建方法及步骤。结果所选10个双斜位MPR平面均能良好显示相应结构,上半规管显示率为93.3%,其余均为100%。双斜位MPR重建的一般步骤为确定最佳显示平面,寻找起始标志,按解剖参考轴线调整定位线,调整标准化细节。结论双斜位MPR可在同层全程显示颞骨大部分结构。标准化重建的关键是熟悉各部位解剖结构,规范操作方法及步骤。
Objective To summarize the steps and discuss the normalized approach of MPR reconstruction of temporal CT. Methods 30 ears of temporal CT data were selected and MPR was performed in each ear. hnages of 9 parts(10 planes) of the temporal bone were reconstructed. The display statistics were recorded, and the steps and approach of reconstruction were summarized. Results Dual-oblique MPR images clearly display most parts of 10 selected planes. All display rate were 100% except the Superior Semicircular Canal(93.3%). Common steps of Dual-oblique MPR: define the optimal plane, find the starting marker, adjust the positioning lines according to the referent axis, and regulate the details. Conclusion Dual-oblique MPR could display most parts of temporal bone in one slice respectively. Accurate and rapid reconstruction needs certain skills, which depends on familiarity of human anatomy and operation of the image workstation.
