卵巢浆液性腺癌组织中ras同源基因家族成员I蛋白的表达与预后的关系 被引量:1

摘要 卵巢上皮性癌(卵巢癌)是常见的妇科恶性肿瘤,预后较差,病死率较高,其中浆液性腺癌是最常见的病理类型,占原发性卵巢癌的50%以上。目前,国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)的手术病理分期,是评估其预后的重要因素,但还有许多因素影响患者的预后,如病理分级、病理类型、淋巴结转移、有无术后残留灶、术后是否进行规范化疗等因素.最近的研究发现,抑癌基因ras同源基因家族成员I(a ras homologue member I,ARHI)在多种肿瘤中表达下降或缺失,参与了肿瘤的形成过程。本研究检测分析ARHI蛋白的表达及其对卵巢浆液性腺癌预后的可能影响。
