肝脏鳞状细胞癌的诊断及治疗：附一例 被引量：1

摘要 1．一般资料：病人，男，49岁。因“右上腹部疼痛伴发热、乏力半月”入院。入院查体：体温38．2℃，脉搏96次／min，呼吸25次／min，血压124／90mmHg。一般情况可，心肺检查无异常发现，右上腹扣击痛（4-）、莫菲氏征（4-）、实验室检查：HBsAg（＋）、白细胞17．64×10。／L、中性粒细胞86．1％。肝功能检查：TBIL8．8μmol／L，DBIL2．78／μmol／L，ALT61U，AST43U，GGT61U，TP59g／L，ALB34．3g／L。
