摘要
执政党的党内文化是指政党为了执政和实现其奋斗目标而在党内提倡的价值体系以及党组织和成员中具有普遍性的价值理念和在实践中形成的具有稳定性的行为方式所反映的价值取向的总和。中国共产党党内文化主要是一套价值体系和行为习惯,其基本内涵不能泛化,党内文化与党的思想建设、党的意识形态建设、马克思主义这几个重大问题之间既有联系又有区别,存在一定的交叉或隶属关系。
The ruling party's inner-party culture means the package of the value system advocated by the party to realize the goals of struggle and the value orientation reflected in the formation of stable pattern of behavior. The inner-party culture of CPC is a major cultural value system and behavior habits. As to the relation between the party culture and the party's ideo-logical construction, the building of the party's ideology, and Marxism, they not only connect with each other, but also have differences, and a certain degree of cross-or affiliation relation exists among them.
