摘要 Fery棱镜是一种变化的棱镜。利用Fery棱镜作为主要色散元件,设计了具有宽光谱波段的太阳光光谱仪的光学系统。系统采用Fery棱镜与反射镜分离的方法增加了设计的自由度,使系统在整个光谱范围内有较高的成像质量,实现了宽光谱范围的光谱分析。系统的光谱范围为0.3~2μm,数值孔径为0.03,焦距为218mm,Fery棱镜的材料为SiO2。该棱镜光谱仪的光谱范围宽,相对传统棱镜光谱仪具有器件个数少、质量轻、结构紧凑等优点。 Fery prism is a kind of variational prism. An optical system of solar spectral irradiance spectrograph with broad spectrum was designed based on Fery prism as the main dispersive element.The designed freedom degree was increased by the displacement of the Fery prism and reflector to realize high imaging quality over the whole spectrum.This system waveband,the numerical aperture and the focal length were 0.3-2 μm, 0.03, and 218 mm,respectively.And the material of Fery prism was SiO2. The merits of the Fery prism spectrograph are broad waveband, few numbers of elements, light weight and compact structure compared with conventional prism system.
