摘要
通过对60Si2Mn进行温变形镦粗实验,研究了该材料的温变形力学行为,认为变形温度、变形速率、变形量以及变形组织对流变应力都有影响。在此基础上,提出了60Si2Mn温成形时的塑性流变力学模型,并给出了这种材料温成形流变力学方程的系数。
The mechanical behavior of the steel 60Si2Mn during warm-forming process was studied after compression experiments were done with this material. It is concluded that macrostructure,defordring temperautre, strain rate and strain all have effect on the rheological stress. Based on all these, a warm-forming plastic rheological model has been developed forsteel 60Si2Mn and furthermore, a rheological mechanical equation is obtained from the regression analysis.
