Detection on the thickness of epidermis and dermis in psoriatic lesions with high resolution ultrasound

摘要 皮肤结构一直是超声检查的盲区，症结在于以往的超声对近场分辨率不高。自1979年Alexander和Miller应用脉冲超声检测人类皮肤厚度以来．逐渐引起了医学界的关注。我们对50例银屑病皮损的超声下结构进行了观察，以探讨脉冲超声检测能否作为银屑病病情变化的客观指标。
