摘要
介绍基于LabVIEW软件开发平台的换热器试验装置测控系统软件的原理以及系统软件与硬件的构成和工作过程。在软件系统中,集成了实时测量、记录、分析和调节等几大功能模块。通过计算机的多个通信端口,建立计算机与各种试验设备间的数据通信。在试验过程中,实现计算机控制下的温度、压力和流量等试验参数的实时采集。程序对采集到的数据进行分析计算后,在计算机触摸显示屏上显示,同时通过计算机输出板卡输出,实现试验工况参数的实时调节,试验操作者也可以通过计算机触摸显示屏实现对试验设备的操控。强大的功能软件,简化外围设备,提高试验系统的自动化程度和可靠性。试验结果表明,系统具有测量与控制精度高,工作稳定可靠,自动化程度高,可操作性强等特点,值得在能源、化工等行业的各种试验系统中应用推广。
The principle of software of measuring and controlling system for heat exchanger testing equipment based on LabVIEW software development platform are introduced, and the composition of system software and hardware and the work process are described. Several function modules including real time measurement, recording, analysis and regulation, are integrated in the software package. It collects data of temperature, pressure and flow rate via computer serial communication ports connected with all testing equipment under the control of computer during testing process, displays data on computer touch-screen after being analyzed and calculated, and outputs from computer output cards for the regulation of test parameters. The operator can operate and control equipments via computer touch-screen. Powerful function software reduces the number of peripheral equipment and makes system simple and reliable. The results of tests show that the system features high-precision measurement and control good reliability, high automation and good maneuverability, so it is worth using widely in various test systems of energy and chemical industries.
