摘要
从社会学的视角,运用文献法、逻辑分析法等,对农村体育人力资源的含义进行分析,对开发农村体育人力资源存在的问题进行论述,最后提出了部分建议。
From a sociological perspective, the use of literature, logic analysis, human resources in the rural areas the meaning of sports analysis, the development of human resources in rural sports exist on the issue, the final part of the recommendations put forward.
