摘要
目的:调查喉癌喉全切除患者的知识需求,为患者战胜疾病提供全面的帮助。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷对60例喉全切除的患者进行调查,并收集资料进行分析。结果:喉全切除患者在心理支持、颈部造瘘口护理、术后饮食等方面的知识需求最高,而且对获取健康知识方式的需求存在多样性。结论:应对喉全切除患者采用以医护人员的讲解、演示为主的多样化健康教育方法,有针对性地对患者进行健康教育,使其尽快实现自我护理。
Objective :To investigate the knowledge requirement of the patient after laryngocarcinoma total resction for providing the full-scale assistance to win a victory for the disease. Methods:We investigated the 30 patients after laryngocarcinoma total resection by self-made questionnaire,and collected and analyzed the data means. Results:The patient after laryngocarcinoma total resction demanded more knowledge about psychological support, nursing to the cervical part orificium fistulae, drink and food after operation,etc.The ways to harvest the healthy knowledge were multiple. Conclusion:To quickly carry out the serf-nursing to the laryngocarcinoma total resection patient,we could apply the diversifying healthy education method including staff's explaining and demonstrating and aim direcdy at the patient.
