摘要
目的探讨行气管切开手术的患者进行高压氧舱治疗前,氧舱是否进行严格消毒与预防院内感染发生的关系。方法将2004年12月至2006年12月进行高压氧治疗的气管切开患者(n=183)分成两组,其中100例为实验组,在高压氧治疗前对舱内的物体表面、舱内空气和吸氧管道进行严格消毒,83例为未消毒的对照组。采用SPSS11.0统计软件分析吸氧螺纹管表面细菌监测合格率、舱内空气细菌菌落数和院内感染发生情况。结果实验组螺纹管表面细菌监测合格率、舱内空气细菌菌落数和院内感染发生率同对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧舱内严格消毒有利于预防气管切开患者院内感染的发生。
Objective To investigate the disinfection of hyperbaric oxygen chamber interal surface,and to prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infection. Methods 183 traeheotomy sufferers between December 2004 to December 2006 were devided into two groups. 100 cases were in experimental group and the other were in control group. Two groups were treated by hyperbaric oxygen theraphy and disinfectd corrugated tubing,interal surface,interal air before the experimental group treated. The comparable of bacterial number and rate of nosocomial infection between two groups. Results The bacterial number and rate of nosocomial infection of experimental group remarrkbly higher （P〈0.05）than contral group. Conclusion The disinfection of hyperbaric oxygen chamber interal surface can prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infection effctively.
