摘要
以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸与丙烯酰胺和N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺为原料,采用氧化-还原引发体系,合成了AMPS/ DMAM/AM共聚物钻井液处理剂,并对其钻井液性能进行了评价,用红外光谱和热分析研究了共聚物的结构和热稳定性。结果表明,AMPS/DMAM/AM共聚物钻井液处理剂热稳定性好,降粘和耐温抗盐能力强。
A AMPS/DMAM/AM copolymer viscosity reducer for drilling fluids was synthesized from acrylamide, 2- acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid and N,N-dimethylacrylamide monomer by redox initation.The performances of driling fluids of the polymer was evaluated in laboratory,The IR, DTA and TG data of the copolymer AMPS/DMAM/AM were presented.The experimental resuits showed that the AMPS/DMAM/AM polymer had very good capacity of viscosity reduce, heat stability, heat resistance and salt tolerance.
