摘要
在盾构工程施工中,盾构机的组装技术是盾构施工的基本条件和保障,对隧道工程建设的进度和质量起着决定性的作用。作为超大直径的盾构机,在其组装时有异于其他盾构工程,具有一定的特殊性,是南京长江隧道施工中的重点和难点。主要结合南京长江隧道盾构机组装的经验,介绍了经过优化改进的盾构组装的技术及相关经验。
In the TBM tunneling, the TBM assembly technology is the basic conditions and protection for the tunnel construction, and it is playing a decisive role on progress and quality. As a large diameter shield machine,it is different form other works and has a certain particularity, and it is the focus and difficult on Nanjing Yangtze River Tunnel Construction. The introduction of optimized and improved assembly technologies and relevant experience are put forward in this article.
