摘要
运用运动声源产生声场的特点,建立风机叶片噪声模型,经验证是正确的,得出叶片中影响风机噪声的主要因素是转速、叶片数、安装角、曲率半径等。控制风机噪声重点应该放在风机设计上,采取降低圆周速度、倾斜叶片、增加曲率半径等措施,从源头上控制噪声会取得较好效果。
Through the analysis of the noise type of the ventilating fan, it is found that the air dynamic sound is the main noise source. Due to the characteristics of the sound field induced by moving acoustic source, the noise model of the blade of ventilating fan is established and verified. It is found that the main parameters which influence the noise of ventilating fan are the rotation speed, number of blade, inclined angle and radius of curvature of the blade, etc. Hence, to control the noise of the ventilating fan effectively, one can reduce the angular velocity, increase the inclined angle and radius of curvature of the blade in the design.
