摘要
目的建立风痛安胶囊中粉防己碱和防己诺林碱含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Diamonsil C18;流动相:甲醇-乙腈-0.03mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-二乙胺(55∶25∶20∶0.05);检测波长230nm。结果粉防己碱、防己诺林碱进样量分别在0.1355～2.7100μg(r=0.9999),0.1033～2.0660μg(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好。粉防己碱、防己诺林碱平均回收率分别为98.02%(RSD=1.31%),97.11%(RSD=1.42%)。结论本方法简便,专属,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To develop a method for determination of tetrandrine and fangchinoline in Fengtongan Capsules. Methods Using RP-HPLC method with Diamonsil C18 column, the mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-acetonitrile-0.03mol ·L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate-diethylamine （55 ： 25 ： 20 ： 0.05）, the detection wavelength was 230nm. Results There was a good linear relationship when the content of tetrandrine was 0. 1355-2. 7100μg, and fangchinoline was 0. 1033-2.0660μg. The average recovery of tetrandrine was 98.02% （RSD= 1.31%, n= 9）, and 97. 11% （RSD= 1.42%, n= 9） for fangchinoline. Conclusions The method is simple, selective and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of Fengtongan Capsules.
