摘要
目的探讨老年糖尿病患者发生低血糖昏迷的病因、发病机制、临床特点及治疗原则。方法对20例老年糖尿病患者的年龄、病情、诱因、临床表现、实验室检查、治疗进行回顾性分析。结果20例患者都能及时诊断,治疗后意识恢复。结论老年糖尿病患者突发昏迷时要考虑低血糖发生的可能;治疗老年糖尿病时要注意选择药物种类、用药剂量;治疗的目标值应略宽于一般人。
Objective To explore the pathological and mechanism of elderly diabetic patients with hypoglycemia complicated by consciousness disturbance. Methods Retrospective analysis of the age,the condition,the cause,the clinical manifestation,the test chamber inspection and the treatment of 20 elderly diabetic patients with hypoglycemia complicated consciousness by disturbance. Results All the 20 patients can diagnose promptly and realize the restoration of consciousness after the treatment. Conclusion The elderly diabetic patients is bad from the self-care and the reactivity, when the elderly diabetic patients arises suddenly consciousness barrier must consider the hypoglycemia occurs possibility, when treatment elderly diabetic patients must pay attention to the choice medicine dosage and the type, the treatment target value should slightly extend in the average person.
