摘要
通过对建筑工程中防水工程的分析,进行了屋面卷材防水施工的研究。从防水工程设计、防水材料、施工技术、建筑物的维护管理四个方面进行了论述,提出了控制屋面防水工程质量的方法,达到了有效控制的效果,解决了因屋面防水工程渗漏而严重影响建筑物的使用寿命和人们生存环境的问题。
Through analysis of waterproofing engineering belonged to architectural engineering, the rolled roofing material waterproofing eonstruetion was studied. It was discussed from waterproofing engineering design, waterproofing material, and construction technology and buildings maintenance management aspects. The method to eontrol roof waterproofing engineering quality was proposed, which obtained effective control effect, resolved the problem that service life and human living environment influenced severely by roof waterproofing engineering leakage.
