摘要
在我国高等教育由"精英教育"转向"大众教育"的大背景下,传统普通工科类本科院校的人才培养面临着众多的特殊问题,生源的变化、就业形势的变化,对现有的人才培养模式提出了严峻的挑战,应用型本科学校如何定位、培养目标如何确定,本文就安徽科技学院近几年来在构建适应社会需要的应用型工程技术人才培养模式方面所做的一些探索与实践工作进行了总结。
Under the background of China＇s higher education changing from ＂elite education＂ to ＂public education＂. The traditional professional training model of common engineering colleges is faced with many special problems, such as changes in students and changes in employment situation, etc. Which impose the existing professional training model to a severe challenge the location of application -oriented colleges and the determination of their training objectives. The paper summarises what Anhui Science and Technology University has done in constructing application - oriented engineering professional training model to adapt to the society in recent years.
