摘要
目的通过检测E选择素、P选择素、L选择素在人脑胶质瘤中的表达，探讨其与胶质瘤浸润发展的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法分别检测E选择素、P选择素、L选择素在61例人脑胶质瘤和8例正常人脑组织中的表达。结果E选择素、P选择素在胶质瘤组中的阳性表达率分别为60.7%、57.4%，较对照组明显增高（P〈0.05），而L选择素在胶质瘤组和对照组中的阳性表达率分别为57.4%、50.0%，比较差异无统计学意义（P（0.05）。E选择素在胶质瘤Ⅰ-Ⅱ级组和Ⅲ-Ⅳ级组中的阳性表达率分别为46.9%、75.9%，随肿瘤级别增高表达水平也明显增高（P（0.05），P选择素、L选择素在不同级别胶质瘤中的阳性表达率比较差异无统计学意义（P（0.05）。结论E选择素、P选择素可能与人脑胶质瘤的浸润发展有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of E-selectin,P-selectin,L-selectin in gliomas and the relation between the selectins and gliomas. Methods The expression of E-selectin, P-selectin, L-selectin are detected in parrafin sections by using S-P immunohistochemical method. Results The positive expression rate of E-seleetin and P-selectin in gliomas are significantly higher than in control group （P 〈 0.05 ） , and also the expression rate of E-selectin in gliomas of grade Ⅰ -Ⅱ are significantly lower than that in gliomas of grade Ⅲ- Ⅳ （P 〈 0.05）. But there is no difference of the expression of L-selectin in gliomas and control group（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion E-selectin,P-selectin may be correlated to the oncogenisis and progression of gliomas and there is no relation between the L-selectin and glioma.
