摘要
液质联用技术将液相色谱(HPLC)的高分离效能与质谱(MS)的强大结构鉴定功能结合起来,逐渐成为中药现代化研究的强有力手段。本文对我国科学工作者应用液质联用技术在中药化学成分分析、中药质量控制、中药体内代谢、药代动力学及药效学方面进行的研究工作作一综述。
The combined technique of LC-MS is growing into one of the most powerful analytical techniques for the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） since it combines the high efficiency of LC separation with the confident structural identification of mass spectrometric detection. This article makes a review on the application of HPLC-MS to the following aspects in the modern research of TCM： the rapid analysis of TCM chemical composition, the quality control , the in vivo metabolism of TCM , the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodinemic study .
