荜茇挥发油提取工艺优化及动力学模型研究 被引量:5

摘要 用水蒸气蒸馏法提取荜茇挥发油,采用正交实验考察了粉碎度、浸泡时间、提取时间等因素对挥发油提取量的影响。结果表明,荜茇挥发油的最佳提取工艺条件为:荜茇粉碎度80目,浸泡4 h,提取7 h,优选得到的提取工艺稳定可行;荜茇挥发油提取的动力学模型方程为:V=2.06×(1-e-0.011 03t),(R2=0.998 32)和ln(2.18-V)=-0.010 44t+0.748 28,(R2=0.998 95);数学模型回归效果很好,可适用于荜茇挥发油提取过程的优化控制。 The method of stream distillation was carried out to extract volatile oil from Piper longum L. The factors of the grinding degreee, soak period and extraction time were studied by orthogonal test. The optimal conditions were as follows : the grinding degree of Piper longum L. was 80 mesh powder and the grinded Piper longum L. was soaked in water for 4 h, then extraction time is 7 h. The optimized process was stable and highly efficient. The kinetic mathematic models are V=2. 06 ×( 1 - e ^-0. 01103t), ( R^2 =0.998 32) and In(2.18 - V) = - 0. 010 44t + 0. 748 28, ( R^2 = 0. 998 95). The regression of the mathematical model is effective, which can be applied to control the volatile oil extraction process optimization.
