摘要
将AIN/SiCw(Y_2O_3-SiO_2)复合材料在氧气氛和氮气氛下进行热处理,研究热处理气氛对材料性能的影响,并利用XRD、EPASEM和HREM等技术分析了材料的相组成、显微结构和粒界相。结果表明:该材料在1300℃空气中热处理,材料性能得到改善,材料的断裂强度和韧性增长幅度明显大于氮气气氛下的热处理。在空气中氧化处理对Y_2O_3-SiO_2组成靠近其低共熔点组成的试样具有良好的增强增韧作用,可有效地改善材料的力学性能与抗氧化性能。
AIN - SiC whisker composites with Y_2O_3 and SiO_2 additives were heat - treated in air and N_2 atmosphere. The effect of heat - treatment atmosphere on the properties of composites was studied, and the phase composition, mi-crostruct and grain boundary were analyzed by XRD, EPA, SEM and HREM combined techniques. It is found that the mechanical properties of the composites could be improved by the means of oxidizing treatment in air. The flexu-ral strength and toughness of the composites heat - treated in air increased more than in N_2. When the composition of Y_2O_3 and SiO_2 approached its eutectic point in Y_2O_3 - SiO_2 system, the effect of oxidizing treatment on the flexural strength and toughness of the composite was obvious. The mechanical properties and high temperature oxidation re-sistance were improved effectively.
