体外预应力混凝土梁的时随分析

Time-dependent analysis of RC beams with external tendons

摘要 为估算体外预应力梁的长期性能,基于混凝土层模型,将体外预应力混凝土梁简化成平面杆系结构,采用步进计算方法进行时随分析,考虑力筋应力增量、二次效应、材料的收缩、徐变和松弛等因素.编制时随分析程序,对体外预应力梁和内置无粘结梁的预应力长期损失进行对比.结果表明,跨高比较小的体外预应力梁与体内无粘结预应力梁之间预应力长期损失差别很小,设计中可沿用已有的无粘结预应力长期损失计算公式. In order to estimate their long-term performance, the externally prestressed beams are modeled as an assemblage of plane frame members based on fiber model, and then a step-by-step method is established to perform the time-dependent analysis. Tendon stress increment, second-order effect, shrinkage, creep and relaxation of materials are included in the analysis. A computer program is developed to perform the analysis method, and a comparative analysis is carried out on the long-term prestressing losses of RC beams with external or unbonded tendon. The result shows that there is little difference between externally prestressed and unbonded prestressed beams with small span-depth ratio in long-term prestress losses, and the current calculation method for unbonded prestressing can be adopted in externally prestressed structure design.
