摘要
目的观察自拟中药浴足方对脚、手湿气及中风瘫痪引起的脚手湿气的疗效。方法选择154例社区门诊患者,随机分成治疗组80例,对照组74例,治疗组应用自拟中药浴足,再根据类型不同,涂抹自制的药膏,治疗期间停用其他药物,对照组应用临床常用药物治疗。结果两组有效率比较无差异,P>0.05,均有治疗效果,但是两组治愈率比较P<0.01,两组治愈率有明显差异,治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组。结论自拟中药浴足对脚手湿气有明显的治疗作用。
Objective The observation from draws up the medicinal bath full method the foot moisture curative effect which to the foot, the hand moisture and the stroke paralysis causes. Methods Chooses 154 example community outpatient service patient, divides into the treatment group 80 examples stochastically, the control group 74 examples, the treatment group applies from draws up the medicinal bath foot, again acts according to the type to be different, spreads wipes self-made the medicinal ointment, treatment period stops using other medicines, the control group applies the clinical commonly used medicine treatment. Results Two group of effectiveness comparisons does not have the difference, P 〉 0. 05, has the treatment result, but two groups of cure rates compare P 〈0. 01, two groups of cure rates have the obvious difference, the treatment group cure rate are higher than the control group obviously. Conclusion From draws up the medicinal bath foot to have the obvious treatment function to the foot moisture.
