摘要
合成了聚丙烯酸钠型大粒径高吸水性树脂。考察了单体添加量、丙烯酸中和度、交联剂和引发剂用量、搅拌转速、分散剂等对树脂吸液率及粒径的影响。得到了粒径在1.57mm、吸去离子水1500g/g左右的大粒子。
A super absorbent resin with large particle size, which is polyacrylic acid sodium salt, was synthesized. The relationships between the absorption amount of the resin and acrylic acid, the degree of neutralization, the amount of the crosslinking agent and initiator, the rotative velocity of agitator and the kind and amount of dispersing agent were studied in case of deionizing water and 0.9% NaCl solution, respectively. So were done the particle size of the resin. The resin, which particle size is 1.57 mm and which the absorption amount is about 1500 g/g in case of deionizing water, was synthesized.
