知识嵌入性视角的知识共享研究被引量：21

Research on Knowledge Sharing from the Perspective of Knowledge Embeddedness

摘要根据知识特性与嵌入性相关文献,通过规范研究,分析了知识嵌入性的内在构念,认为知识嵌入性是知识流动过程中的路径依赖,并构建了一个包括知识嵌入对象、嵌入层次与嵌入类型的知识嵌入性分析框架。在此基础上,研究了知识嵌入性对知识共享的影响机理,提出了知识共享中的知识嵌入效应悖论。最后,从知识嵌入性视角,探索了知识共享的推进策略。
