摘要
通过对1例严重左心功能不全的扩张型心肌病患者进行三维标测系统指引下,心房颤动射频消融与双心室再同步起搏联合治疗的全程周密护理,维持其窦性心律,改善其心功能,有效促进了患者的心身康复,提高了患者的生活质量。
A dialated cardiomyopathy patient with severe left ventrieular dysfuntion accepted catheter ablation of atrial fib- rillation under the direction of CARTO followed by cardiac resynehronization therapy in our department. During the period of preoperation,we took intensive care of him,which effectively help his psychosomatic recovery,maitainence of sinus rythym,improvement in cardiac function and life quality.
