摘要
介绍了国内外工作面超前支护技术的研究动态,分析了几种常用支护装置及其优缺点。在此基础上,结合矿井工作面的实际情况,设计了一种全控顶自行式超前液压支架。该全控顶自行式超前液压支架是一种以内、外架互为支点,自动行走、支护的设备,适用于巷道断面面积大、巷道变形量大的巷道超前支护。
Introducing the research trends in advance support technologies used in China and abroad, this article analyzes several supports in common use and their respective advantages and disadvantages, on the basis of which a self-propelled hydraulic support for advance support is designed. This support, featured internal set and external set that are interdependent in moving, is ideal for advance support in large cross sectional roadway where large deformation exist.
