摘要
分析并提出了熔化比表面积很大的废铝屑的技术方案。实验与应用结果表明:采用GJ-4熔剂过滤熔化技术可以获得高于80%的回收率和接近原铝屑材质的净化效果。
After having analyzed and put forward a technical sheme for smelt- ing aluminium scraps with high surface-volume ratio, the results of experi- ments and industrial applications showed that by adopting GJ-4 flux filtrating and smelting process, the recovery ratio being higher than 80% and the material quality, resulting in a purification approaching to the original scraps, could be obtained.
